Cokesbury will not accept returns of product purchased elsewhere and is not responsible for lost shipments of returns. Cokesbury is not responsible for shipping and processing costs for your return.

- How soon must Curriculum items be returned after purchase?
Please return a resource with specified dates of use, such as quarterly, semester, or annual Sunday school curriculum, before its second month of use has begun.
Vacation Bible School (VBS) items must be returned before September 15th of the current year of use. All electronic/digital components must be unopened, and VBS kits must contain all original components.
- What items are not eligible for return?
All resources that have gone out-of-print, which also includes clearance and closeout items, are excluded from credit. Closeout items are marked as non-returnable at Cokesbury.com.
Electronic or digital media which has been opened is excluded from credit. Partial content of any resource, legally or illegally copied, saved, or burned to any system, device, or in any way retrievable is always excluded from credit.
Unless an item arrived to you damaged and is marked as such, only resalable resources in perfect condition will be credited. If you received a damaged or defective item from Cokesbury, please contact us for a replacement, or credit if an equivalent is unavailable.
Credit cannot be issued for incomplete resources with missing parts, scratches, bent covers, loose bindings, or markings.
- What needs to be included with my return?
Please include the original packing slip or a copy. If the packing slip is unavailable, please supply the receipt, statement, invoice, or details such as your order and account number, your billing and ship-to address, and your phone number, name, purchase date, and email so that Cokesbury can make every effort to locate the order’s original date and price.
If unprovided, any credit will be at a product’s lowest known price. For your convenience, you can download a copy of our return form here.
- How do I return a specialty or custom product?
Specialty imprinted or custom-made resources can be returned if defects or errors by Cokesbury are established. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-672-1789 for assistance with these types of product.
- All other unwanted resources
Please return all other unwanted resources not mentioned above, those that do not have specified dates of use, are not out-of-print, are unopened electronic or digital media, are not VBS, are not imprinted or custom-made, etc., within 12 months to the address above, or credit will not be issued.
- How long until my return is processed?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to process.
